Variation of Natarajasana, Dancer’s Pose

One of the 26 postures we practice as part of the Bikram-inspired sequence at Yin & Yoga. Strengthen, stretch and focus with this challenging and rewarding sequence every Thursday morning at 9.30am.

Perfectly imperfect, as demonstrated here. It feels self indulgent to share photos of myself practicing. But a photo can conceal and expose as much as one chooses…there is nowhere to hide in this pose!
Perhaps in this moment, for a split second, everything was still. The internal criticism hidden behind the camera. ??‍♀️
