“I no good at yoga because I’m not flexible” lots of people say… but it’s so much about the journey within your own practice, rather than being flexible and how the final pose looks.
Not usually a fan of watching myself practice, it was actually really interesting to see how subtle changes in engaging arms, upper back and pelvis really changed the length and strength through the spine and in the whole posture.
So, having flexibility in the body doesn’t matter to a pose if you can just enjoy being in the moment… be free to explore, making small adjustments in your own body and noticing how different it feels for you 🙏🙏 X
